Yuhe patriarch Zhan Chun Liu founded the family-owned company in the late 1990s with the support of his clients, after working for a business in a similar industry for 35 years as a mechanical engineer. This depth of experience ensured a strong start to the new business, and the resulting longevity of Yuhe is testament to the solid foundations upon which it was built.
Zhan Chun’s son and dauther started working alongside him at Yuhe in 2000. But now Zhan Chun Liu still working in Yuhe and keeps innovation and build the machines to innovation new paper product and remains a director of the business.
Over our history there have been many highlights, too many to recount in detail. Here are some key highlights of which we are particularly proud.
Technology
Our founder Mr. Liu Zhan Chun is a mechanical engineer who has served the industry-leading paper product manufacturers for over 35 years. He has participated in many international technical exchanges and technical explanation activities for foreign customer’s engineering reception for many times.
From 1999 to 2021, Zhan Chun Liu personally led his team to design, innovate and assemble more than 25 paper production equipment.
And Yuhe is the first factory who can production Quilted napkin in Chinese mainland and currently only Yuhe has 30cm quilted napkins machine.
Now we have also been carrying out machine innovation to meet the needs of the market.
Customer Service
Yuhe’s commitment to be the best in customer service is amply demonstrated by a instance where we stepped in to help a customer let down by a supplier at the last minute. We responded quickly and help to production and ship the goods in time with ensure quality, enabling his business to carry on as before.
Environment
We have committed to sourcing raw materials from sustainable sources like Bamboo and sugarcane even before the world’s focus sharpened on the environmental impact of deforestation.
Family Values
Yuhe prides itself as a company that recognises the strength of its people. Generations of members of the same family have come and gone through our doors, like a second home. Mr Zhan Chun's son, daughter, niece are part of the Yuhe DNA, and now his grandchilds has joined the business too.
